Enhanced Training Solutions offers a short skills programs, Learnerships and specialised training and management service to assist companies with the set up and implementation of training along with structured support for candidates that are enrolled. Once you sign an agreement with us to implement a training programme, we will provide you with the following services

Recruitment

Recruitment of candidate suited for the training program

Learning program documentation

Finalization of necessary paper work required for the learning program including learner profiles, and relevant documentation for payroll purposes.

Registration

Registration of the learning programs with the relevant SETA.

Reports

Monthly reports and attendance registers.

Facilitation

Facilitation of the learner’s journey to acquire a qualification and work place experience through the learnership .

Absorption

Where possible facilitate the absorption of the learner into the economy post the learning program .
